Fixed Desk telephones 4 Grandstream Enterprise IP phone GXP2130. Place these fixed telephones on the reception or any other workplace.
Mobile Cordless telephones 1 From the gigaset IP Pro series. A robust water resistant DECT phone. If you are away from a desk it is handy to take a phone with you to take calls
Call management plans 4 Each telephone number will typically have call flows for Open, Closed, Lunch and Holiday
Time of day switching Opening hours from 08:30 to 16:30 use open call plan, between 12:00 and 12:30 use the lunch pause call plan and after 16:30 the closed call plan
Flex messages anytime Record any message for customers for unplanned situations such as training, sick, days off
Manual call plan override If the practice needs to close for an unplanned situation call *41 to activate the recorded flex message
Call Queue At peak times when reception is busy the caller is politely put in to a hold queue and when the reception is available will be automatically put through
Music On Hold When the caller is put on hold or is in the call queue, the telephone system plays back appropriate music
Call costs included with Fair Use policy If you don’t call a lot then we refund the difference. If you call way above then you pay the difference.
