Yes. The porting process can take between 2 to 14 business days to complete depending on your old provider and current contract terms. During this administrative part of the process you can still be reached on your numbers. On the day of the port at the planned time there may some downtime, typically around 30 minutes. We usually plan the time of the port whenever it fits best. We can only port on business days during office hours.

That depends on your provider. To be absolutely sure we recommend contacting your current provider and sending a letter or email to formally close down your contract. They should confirm the notice period depending on your existing contractual obligations. Also any services attached to the number are generally terminated upon port completion, this includes any additional services such as broadband.

Yes, no problem. Please contact our support and send the telephone number or numbers you would like to move over. We will then send you the required forms to fill in, which must then be signed and returned to us. Generally, we’ll be able to port your geographic or international numbers with 14 days to Workvoice.

Check out our Pricing page for all the price details. In anycase our specific business packages include free porting (and new numbers for that matter). The numbers are yours and you have the right to port them out any time.  Additional phone numbers are chargeable. For example one phone number will cost you just € 2.50 per month, while a block of 10 numbers is just € 7.50 per month. New numbers incur a one time fee of € 25.00 per number. You then own the numbers and can port them out any time to another provider, usually porting is free. In any case porting is free for Workvoice.
