Moving your telephones to Workvoice

Four easy steps to ensure your company is always available via telephone

  1. EXPERT ADIVCE AND PROPOSAL  The first step in moving your telephones to Workvoice is to talk to us. We offer free, expert and fair advice on which features will most benefit your business. We’ll work with you to understand your needs and then make an obligation free proposal. 
  2. PLANNING  On acceptance of our proposal we will call you to let you know when the port can take place. One week before your agreed port date we will provision your telephones, set up your Internet Telephone system with your call plans and ship the phones to you.
  3. INSTALLATION AND TEST  Once you have received your phones, you can plug them in yourself, or ask your IT supplier to do this for you. It’s easy - just plug and play. If there are any issues at this stage, we provide you or your IT supplier with the necessary support to get your professional VoIP service up and running. At this stage your old telephones are still working, so your business is always available during the transition to Workvoice. Now it is just a case of waiting for your old provider to transfer your number on the agreed date.
  4. THE DAY OF NUMBER PORTING  On the day of your number port your old provider has a legal duty to port your number within 4 hours. In practise it can take only around 30 minutes and in many cases as little as 5 minutes. As your Workvoice system has already been tested it is now live and available for incoming calls on your telephone numbers.
